• Registration is confirmed only after successful payment.
• Each delegate must register individually.
• The Organizing Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any registration.
• Registration fees are non-transferable without prior approval.

• All payments must be made through the official registration portal.
• Payment gateway charges, if any, shall be borne by the participant.
• Participants are advised to retain the payment receipt for future reference.

• Abstracts must be original and unpublished.
• The Scientific Committee reserves the right to accept or reject abstracts.
• Presentation schedules are subject to change.

• Participation certificates will be issued only to registered delegates.
• Certificates will be provided after completion of the conference.

Photographs and videos may be captured during the conference. Participants consent to the use of such media for conference reports, publications, and promotional purposes.

• Participants are expected to maintain professional behaviour throughout the conference.
• The Organizing Committee reserves the right to remove any participant involved in misconduct.

Personal information collected during registration will be used solely for conference-related communication. Your information will not be shared with third parties except where required for conference management.

• The Organizing Committee shall not be responsible for any loss, theft, injury, or damage to personal belongings.
• Participants are responsible for arranging their own travel and insurance.

• The Organizing Committee reserves the right to modify the scientific programme, speakers, venue, or schedule without prior notice.
• Any updates will be published on the official conference website.
